What "good condition" means here
We grade at the factory, not at the buyer's door. Good condition means fully wearable and functional: zippers close and run smoothly, straps hold weight, lining has no tears, no bad smells, no heavy stains. Small scuffs from normal use are expected on preloved goods and are part of the price. Broken zips, missing buckles or torn linings are sorted out and do not enter export bales.
