Most importers of second hand bags have a story about a bad container: broken zips, stained linings, bags that should have been thrown away long ago. That is exactly the problem our factory was built to solve. We run a premium line of used backpacks, sorted and checked in Chengdu by our own team, packed in 50kg bales, and shipped direct to wholesalers across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America.
Five checks. Every bag. Every bale.
Nobody inspects a used backpack by looking at the top one and trusting the rest. Our line workers pass each bag through five rounds of manual QC:
Outside: fabric, seams, print and general look.
Hardware: buckles, adjusters, strap webbing.
Zippers: every one, both directions.
Inside: lining, pockets, corners, hidden wear.
Final: stains, smells, and any sign of overuse.
A bag fails the line if it shows damage or heavy wear – no exceptions. What ships is clean, functional, and ready to be priced and sold the day it arrives. That is what "good condition" means in our catalog, and it is the same standard on every bale, every month.
What you get in a 50kg bale
Each bale is pressed, strapped and container-ready. Bales carry a mixed selection of styles within the backpack category, which keeps your average unit cost low and gives your market a varied rack from one purchase. Order by the bale, by the pallet, or by the container. We confirm current stock and the actual mix before you pay.
Where the stock comes from
Our company runs collection stations across China. Used bags come in from all over the country, land at our Chengdu sorting factory, and go through cleaning, grading, QC and packing on one site. There is no trader between us and the goods – you deal with the factory that touches every bale.
Supply you can plan around
Stock is not seasonal for us. The collection network feeds the factory every week, so we can hold steady supply for regular bale orders and fill container-level requests on schedule. Tell us your monthly target and we will confirm we can cover it before you commit.
Custom
Add your label, or ask for a specific color and style mix per bale. Custom packing instructions are followed once the order sheet is agreed. One bale is enough for a trial; pallet and container volumes unlock bulk pricing.

Message us your target market, monthly quantity and port. You will get stock status, price per bale and freight options – plus real photos and videos of the actual bale before it ships. If the quality does not match what we describe, we would rather you know before the container leaves.
