Our Grade B brand clothes are sold per kilogram at $2/KG — a price point that opens up the lowest-cost segment of the used clothes market: recyclers, budget Ukay stalls, exporters serving price-sensitive towns where a $1 shirt still has to sell.
What is in a Grade B bale? Four-season mixed brand clothing from our nationwide collection, sorted at our factory to remove unusable rags, heavily stained items, and torn-out pieces. You still get recognizable sports and casual brands, still get wearable garments — but with more tolerance on minor wear, and no promise of the pressed, boutique-ready finish of our Grade A line. The trade-off is the price, and for many buyers that trade-off is exactly right.
This is the closest thing to a manufacturer's floor price in this industry. Because we collect, sort, and bale in our own factory, there is no middle layer adding cost between our sorting line and your container. Per-kg pricing also makes logistics simple: fill the container, pay by weight, done.
Grade B sells in two main channels. The first is the Ukay clothes bales channel — budget traders who sort again at destination, pulling out the best pieces for retail and selling the rest as mixed bundles. The second is the recycling channel, where the bale is processed further. We serve both and will ask which channel you are in before quoting, because it changes how we bale.
Buyers often combine Grade B with our mixed thrift clothes bales and a Grade A line in one container to cover every shelf: premium at the front, budget in the back. Bale sizes are flexible: standard weights of 25 kg, 40 kg, and 50 kg, or custom bale weights to match your container plan. Bales are double-packed with export-grade film, and we photograph each bale type before loading so buyers know the packing standard they are paying for. For buyers new to per-kg buying, we recommend one 40 kg sample bale first - it is enough volume to judge the grade honestly without over-committing.
Who buys this product, in practice? Budget Ukay operators who re-sort at destination, exporters supplying price-sensitive towns, recyclers, and aid-adjacent programs that need bulk clothing at minimum cost.
