FAQ

• 1. Who are we?

We are Sichuan Yidaiyi Road Trade Co., Ltd. (YDYL), based in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. We have sorted and exported second-hand clothing, shoes and bags since 2015, supplying B2B wholesalers, retailers and distributors in Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America.

• 2. What are your strengths?

Our own factory covers 20,000 m² and runs 8 production lines with a team of more than 50 people. We ship about 108 containers per month and export to around 120 countries. We also hold five overseas warehouses, in Thailand, Vietnam, Kenya, the Philippines and Kazakhstan.

• 3. How can I trust you?

Don't take our word for it. You are welcome to check stock on site in Chengdu, or to book your own third-party pre-shipment inspection, paid by you so the inspector works for you rather than for us. Ask for the grade definition in writing: what stays in the grade, what is removed, who checks it, and how bales are weighed. We also film a load-and-seal video with the container and seal numbers in frame.

• 4. Sampling time?

Stock orders are ready in about 1 day. Custom sorting takes about 7 days. Samples start from 20 pairs of shoes or 20 pieces of bags, sent by courier, and the sample fee is deducted from your order.

• 5. Can you build our brand on your products?

Yes. We print your logo on the packaging from 10 bales. Send us the artwork and we will confirm placement in writing before production starts.

• 6. How to ensure product quality?

Four inspection stages before packing: raw material intake, sorting against a written grade definition, weighing before baling, and container loading. Within sorting, every pair of shoes passes five checks, on upper, sole, structure, stitching and appearance, and every bag is checked on material, surface, sewing, hardware and appearance.

• 7. How can we guarantee quality?

Grades are published, not improvised. We work with Grade A and Grade A+, not B or C tiers. Grade A means no damage, no peeling and no defects, and the definition is written into the order so the same words mean the same thing to both sides. Anything that fails is pulled out at the stage where it fails.
